lower-income groups. We aim to become a Social Entrepreneur that utilizes a program freely available
to children who cannot afford a quality education.

Reading Town Administrators make sure that the program is operated at its maximum effectiveness.
Each campus’s Director, Academic Director, Counselors, and Consultants are responsible for
decision-making regarding the students’ future. Our leaders make decisions based on their knowledge and experience.
They also maintain a close rapport with the students’ parents.

We carefully select well-qualified teachers at all Reading Town campuses. They are trained at their hiring
and regularly throughout their tenure to ensure that a high quality education is maintained. Teachers care for
the children at Reading Town and are always happy to offer counseling for students and parents. Reading
Town teachers are proud to be part of a program that helps produce our future leaders.

Reading Town students read high-quality books, and, through various activities and practice, they absorb
the information as their own. Reading Town students enjoy reading and writing and they excel at their schools.
They play important roles in the communities to which they belong.

Parents have the most important roles as mentors and coaches for the students. Parents encourage their children to read high-quality books and keep them motivated. They communicate with the staff and the teachers, and their commitment and positive reinforcement are the source of the children’s motivation.

Reading Town Headquarters is established and incorporated by the curriculum research and development team,
administration team, policy management team, and program development team. These individuals respect
others and work together for the sole aim of providing the best education to the students.
